Please note that all sales are final on The Old Mill Press books, notecards, and merchandise. There are no refunds and no returns. Please be sure that the item you are purchasing is what you want. As a small business we are respectful of our customers and understand that sometimes a mistake is made when ordering from our website. Know that we will do everything possible to cancel an order any time before the item is shipped and give you a full refund. But once the item has shipped, we cannot issue a refund or except returns. As always, if an item you ordered arrives damaged due to shipping, we will promptly replace the item after we review photos of the damage.
